20.—(1) The table in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 (declaration of conformity) to the 2010 Regulations is amended as follows.
(2) Omit—
(a)item 4 (fluorescent lamp without integrated ballast, a high intensity discharge lamp or a ballast or luminaire able to operate such lamps); and
(b)item 5 (non-directional household lamp).
(3) For item 16(1) (directional lamp, light-emitting diode lamp and related equipment), substitute—
“16 | Light sources and separate control gears | The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Lighting Products) Regulations 2021”. |
