These Regulations may be cited as the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

This regulation, regulation 2 and regulations 14 to 19 come into force on 30th September 2021.

Regulations 3 to 13 come into force, and regulations 14 to 19 are revoked at 11.00 p.m. on 31st January 2022.

These Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
