Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 E+W

12.—(1) The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 M1 is modified as follows.

(2) For section 55(8)(aa) substitute—

“(aa) a member of the Combined Authority's staff deployed wholly or partly in relation to the Mayor's PCC functions;”.
