14.—(1) The Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 M1 is modified as follows.
(2) For paragraph 7(2)(c) of Schedule 4, substitute—
“(c)a member of staff of the Combined Authority deployed wholly or partly in relation to the Mayor's PCC functions,”.
