58.—(1) The Combined Authorities (Mayors) (Filling of Vacancies) Order 2017 M1 is modified as follows.
(2) In article 4(d)—
(a)omit “or” at the end of paragraph (ii);
(b)insert “ or ” at the end of paragraph (iii);
(c)after paragraph (iii), insert—
“(iv)the mayor ceasing to hold office by virtue of section 63 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011;”.
