In relation to any person who arrived in England on or after 4.00 a.m. on 17th May 2021 but before 4.00 a.m. on 9th October 2021, the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) Regulations 2021 apply as if the amendments made by regulations 2, 3, 4, 10(1), (3) and (4), 12, 13(1) and (2), 14, 15, 17(1), (2)(b), (d) and (e), 18, 20, 21(1), (2) and (5) of these Regulations had not been made.

In relation to any person who arrived in England on or after 4.00 a.m. on 17th May 2021 but before 4.00 a.m. on 11th October 2021, the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) Regulations 2021 apply as if the amendments made by these Regulation had not been made.
