Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013

2.  In regulation 18 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 2013 (general principles for calculating reduction periods)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (3) and (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”;

(b) omit paragraph (4).
