The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2)(d), (3) and (4)(d)(ii) and 2(1) and 4(2) of the Childcare Act 2016(1).
In accordance with section 2(3) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.
