This rule applies in relation to any provision of the Regulations or these Rules which makes provision for the giving of notice to an enforcement officer.

Any notice under paragraph (1) may be given by electronic means to any person who has been authorised to receive such notice on behalf of a specified enforcement officer or on behalf of enforcement officers generally.
