CHAPTER 3The giving of notice and the supply of documents to or by the administrator
Non-Gazette notice relating to an institution that is a companyI1271
In addition to the information required by rule 270, a notice relating to an institution that is a company must state—
a
the registered name of the institution,
b
its registered number,
c
any name under which it was registered in the twelve months prior to the date on which the institution entered special administration, and
d
any name or style (other than its registered name) under which—
i
the institution carried on business,
ii
the institution received relevant funds from a customer, or
iii
any debt owed to a creditor was incurred.
