Notice of meeting by advertisement onlyI139

The court may order that notice of any meeting under these Rules be given by advertisement and not by individual notice to the persons concerned.

In considering whether so to order, the court must have regard to:
a
the cost of advertisement,
b
the amount of assets available, and
c
the extent of the interest of creditors, customers, members and contributories or any particular class of them.
