Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009

3.—(1) Rule 10(4) (orders for costs) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009(1) is amended as follows.

(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “or”.

(3) At the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit the full stop and insert—

“; or

(c) notice under rule 17(8) that the proceedings have been treated as withdrawn.”.
