The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Channel Tunnel Act 1987(1).

1987 c. 53. There is an amendment to section 11 that is not relevant to this Order. See section 13(1) for the definition of “the appropriate Minister” for making orders under section 11.
