6. In Article 9(5) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1014/2010(1) of 10 November 2010 on monitoring and reporting of data on the registration of new passenger cars pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, for the words “The Environment Strategy Team” to the end substitute—
“Fleet Average CO2 Emissions,

An electronic copy of the notification shall be sent for information to the following email address—
EUR 1014/2010, amended by S.I. 2019/550. Regulation (EU) No 443/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 setting emission performance standards for new passenger cars as part of the Community’s integrated approach to reduce CO2 emissions from light-duty vehicles (“Regulation (EU) No 443/2009”) (OJ L 140, 5.6.2009, p. 1–15) was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2019/631. Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 provides that references to Regulation (EU) No 443/2009 are to be construed as references to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 and to be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex 5.
