The Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions, for “Minister” substitute “Secretary of State”—

a

section 7(1) and (2);

b

section 8(1), (3) and (4);

c

section 9(3) (in both places), (7) and (9);

d

section 10(1) and (4) (in both places).
