26.  In the following provisions of the Digital Economy Act 2017, for “Housing, Communities and Local Government” substitute “Levelling Up, Housing and Communities”—

(a) paragraph 8 of Schedule 4(1);

(b) paragraph 3 of Schedule 5(2);

(c) paragraph 2 of Schedule 6(3);

(d) paragraph 9 of Schedule 8(4).
