In regulation 22(3)55 (adult dependants’ grant), for the words from “paragraph 9” to the end substitute “the only paragraph or paragraphs in Part 2 of Schedule 1 into which the student falls is one or more of paragraphs 2A, 9, 9A, 9C, 9D, 10 and 10ZA”.
