The Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32(7), (8), 34(5), 35(2), (3), (4), 45(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 1(7) and (8) and 3(1), (5) and (6) of Schedule 1 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 20181, and the Treasury, in exercise of the power conferred by section 26(1) of the Finance Act 20032 make these Regulations.
