Amendment of the Customs (Declarations) (Amendment and Modification) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 U.K.

6.—(1) The Customs (Declarations) (Amendment and Modification) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.

(2) Omit regulation 2 (modified export controls).

Amendment of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 U.K.

7.—(1) The Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018(2) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 13A(1)(c) (declarations for an outward processing procedure: further provisions) after “RoRo listed” insert “or specified export”.

Amendment of the Customs (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 U.K.

8.—(1) The Customs (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(3) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 32 (application of the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018) after “Parts 1 to 10, 12, 13,” insert “13C, 13E”.
