Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1237

2.—(1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1237 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the rules for applying the system of import and export licences(1) is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In Part 1 of the Annex, under “List of products referred to in Article 2(1)(a)”, omit Section A (rice) and Section H (ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin).
(3) In Part 2 of the Annex, under “List of products referred to in Article 2(2)(a)”, omit Section A (rice).
