These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2021 (Prudential Regulation of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms) (Consequential Amendments and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2021.

This Part and Part 6 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

The remaining Parts come into force on 1st January 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
