In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—

(a)

in the definition of “energy efficiency requirements”, after “26B” insert, “, 26C”;

(b)

after the definition of “softened wholesome water” insert—

  • “;

“system for on-site electricity generation” means a system that produces electricity and has a direct electrical connection to the building in question”.
