Deemed marine licences under the 2009 ActI132
The marine licences set out in Schedules 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are deemed to have been granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities set out in Part 3 of each of those Schedules, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 4 of each of those Schedules.
