1.—(1) The dimensions of any offshore electrical platform forming part of the authorised scheme (excluding towers, helipads, masts and cranes) must not exceed100 metres in height when measured from HAT, 120 metres in length and 80 metres in width.
(2) In relation to an offshore electrical platform, each foundation using piles must not have—
(a)more than 18 driven piles;
(b)a pile diameter which is more than five metres; or
(c)in relation to the offshore electrical platform(s), foundations with a combined seabed footprint area (excluding scour protection) of greater than 15,000m2.
