Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (Dyson Technical Training Limited) Order 2020
2.—(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Dyson Technical Training Limited) Order 2020 is varied in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For article 2, substitute—
“2. Dyson Technical Training Limited shall be competent to grant the following specified taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(b) of the said Act:
(a)BEng in Engineering;
(b)BEng (Hons) in Engineering;
(c)BEng (Hons) in Engineering Degree Apprenticeship;
(d)CertHE in Engineering; and
(e)DipHE in Engineering.”
(3) In articles 3 and 4, substitute the word “paragraph” with the word “article”.
