In regulation 17(3), in the definition of “required notification”, in sub-paragraph (e), after “that provider” insert “or, where the notification is issued by a country or territory which is an approved third country or territory for the purposes of Part 1B (see regulation 3A(2A)), the country or territory in which the test was carried out”.
