Amendments to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 200818
In regulation 36, in the modified version of section 485(2) of the 2006 Act, for “annual accounts and auditor’s report”, in each place it appears, substitute “annual accounts and reports”.
