Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance E+W+S

15.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£89.15” substitute “£89.60”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£59.70” substitute “£60.00”;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c) for “£23.60” substitute “£23.70”;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£62.25” substitute “£62.55”; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£23.60” substitute “£23.70”.
