Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(2B)(b), (2C), (2D)(b) and (2F) of the Firearms Act 19681.

In accordance with section 58(2G) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
