Coming into force

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 99(3) and 143(1) of, and paragraphs 8, 33 and 44 of Schedule 7B, to the Local Government Finance Act 19881, makes the following Regulations.

These Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 7B to the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
