Amendment of paragraph 7 of Schedule 7B to the 2006 Act3

Paragraph 7 (restrictions on modifications of provisions of the 2006 Act) of Schedule 7B (general restrictions)3 to the 2006 Act is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (2)—
a
in paragraph (a), omit sub-paragraph (xviii); and
b
in paragraph (b)(i), after “sections” insert “51,”.
