Amendment of paragraph 7 of Schedule 7B to the 2006 Act

3.—(1) Paragraph 7 (restrictions on modifications of provisions of the 2006 Act) of Schedule 7B (general restrictions)(1) to the 2006 Act is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (2)—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit sub-paragraph (xviii); and
(b)in paragraph (b)(i), after “sections” insert “51,”.
