1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts and Personal Medical Services Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2021.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(4) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
(5) In these Regulations—
“the GMS Contracts Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015(1);
“the PMS Agreements Regulations” means the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015(2).
2. Schedule 1 contains amendments to the GMS Contracts Regulations.
3. Schedule 2 contains amendments to the PMS Agreements Regulations.
