Schedule B2 (prohibition on arrival of aircraft and vessels)4 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1 (aircraft)—
a
omit the entries for “The Azores”, “Madeira” and “Portugal”;
b
in the appropriate places insert—

Ethiopia,
ii
Oman,
iii
Qatar.

For paragraph 2 (vessels), substitute—

No countries or territories are listed for the purposes of regulation 4C(1) (prohibition on arrival of vessels into England)
