48. For regulation 69 (procedure for offences by unincorporated bodies) substitute—U.K.
“69. Any provision in an enactment which applies in the Territory in relation to criminal proceedings brought against a body corporate, applies also for the purposes of proceedings in the Territory for an offence under these Regulations brought against an unincorporated body.”
