66. In regulation 89 (transitional provisions: prior obligations etc.)—U.K.
(a)in paragraphs (1) and (2), for “IP completion day” substitute “the relevant date” at each place it occurs;
(b)in paragraph (3)(c), for “(Treasury licences: purposes)” substitute “(financial sanctions licences: purposes)”;
(c)in paragraph (4), at the appropriate place insert—
““the relevant date” means the date on which Part 3 comes into force.”
