These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Coronavirus) (School Teachers’ Qualifications, Induction, Inspection Arrangements, Etc) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), these Regulations come into force on 19th April 2021.

Paragraphs (3)(b) and (c) of regulation 2 come into force on 1st May 2021.

Regulations 3 and 5 come into force on 1st September 2021.
