Citation and commencement

2.  These Rules come into force on 8th February 2021, save for the following which come into force on 5th April 2021—

(a) rule 6(a) and (b);

(b) rule 9(a) to (h), (k), (l) and (m)(ii);

(c) rule 10;

(d) rule 17(c)(i);

(e) rule 20;

(f) rule 21;

(g) rule 22;

(h) rule 23(b) and (c);

(i) rule 24;

(j) rule 25; and

(k) rule 30(b).
