PART 1 Marriage Act 1949

Amendment of Part 3 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)

24.  In section 34 of the 1949 Act (marriage normally to be solemnized in registration district in which one party resides)(1), for “certificate” substitute “marriage schedule”.
