In section 17 of the 1949 Act (marriage under superintendent registrar’s certificate)37—

in the heading for “superintendent registrar’s certificate” substitute “marriage schedule”;

b

for “certificates of a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”;

c

for “and certificates” substitute “and (if so specified) in the marriage schedule”.
