PART 4 E+W+S Revocation of retained EU legislation

9.  The following retained direct EU legislation is revoked— E+W+S

(a) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1292 as regards measures to prevent the entry into the Union of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire from Ukraine(1);

(b) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1549 repealing Decision 2004/200/EC on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Pepino mosaic virus (2).
