Citation, commencement, extent and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Official Controls, Plant Health, Seeds and Seed Potatoes (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force on 20th April 2021.

These Regulations extend as follows—
a
regulations 6 and 7 extend to England and Wales;
b
regulation 8 extends to the United Kingdom;
c
the remainder extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.

They apply in relation to England and Wales and Scotland only, with the exception of Part 3, which applies in relation to England only.
