The Seed Potatoes (England) Regulations 20159 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in paragraph 3(a), for “National List or the Common Catalogue” substitute “GB Variety list”.

for “UK”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “”GB”;
ii
for “equivalent Union grade”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “equivalent grade”;

in Part 3, in Table 3, for “UK”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “GB”.
