Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 60A(1), (2) and (7) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 19861.

In accordance with paragraph 60A(9) of that Schedule, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
