These Regulations amend the Early Years Foundation Stage (Learning and Development Requirements) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/1772, “the 2007 Order”), the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/1804) and the Early Years Foundation Stage (Welfare Requirements) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/938, “the 2012 Regulations”).
Amendment of the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 20083
In regulation 10(7) of the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 20084, for “2021” substitute “2023”.
