In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006; and

  • “GHz” means gigahertz.

  • F1“MHz” means megahertz; and

  • F1“non-geostationary satellite” means a satellite that does not remain fixed relative to a position on the surface of the earth.
