The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying Provisions) Order 201316 is amended as follows.

In article 1(2), after the definition of “recovery and resolution directive”, insert—
“UK auctioning regulations” means the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Auctioning Regulations 2021;
