Amendment of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
2. In regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1), in the definition of “Tariff of the United Kingdom”, for “1.2, dated 22nd March 2021”, substitute “1.3, dated 27th April 2021”(2).
