Schedule 1 (which makes provision in relation to administrative procedures for CORSIA) has effect.

Schedule 2 (which makes provision in relation to fuel use monitoring methods) has effect.

Schedule 3 (which makes provision in relation to CO₂ emission estimation and reporting methods and tools) has effect.

Schedule 4 (which makes provision in relation to emissions monitoring plans) has effect.

Schedule 5 (which makes provision in relation to reporting) has effect.

Schedule 6 (which makes provision in relation to verification) has effect.

Schedule 7 (which makes provision in relation to appeals to the Scottish Land Court) has effect.

Schedule 8 (which makes provision in relation to appeals to the Planning Appeals Commission (Northern Ireland)) has effect.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1603 of 18 July 2019 supplementing Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards measures adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organisation for the monitoring, reporting and verification of aviation emissions for the purpose of implementing a global market-based measure49 is revoked.

Notwithstanding the revocation made by paragraph (1), the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1603 continue to have effect in respect of the monitoring, reporting and verification of aviation emissions undertaken by aeroplane operators pursuant to that Regulation prior to this Order coming into force.
