Schedule 3 to the 2004 Regulations (modifications to the 1989 Order) is amended in accordance with Schedule 2 to these Regulations.

Nothing in these Regulations affects the operation of the 1989 Order, or any other statutory provision, in relation to a moratorium under Schedule A1 to that Order which comes into force before the repeal of that Schedule by Schedule 7 to the 2020 Act.
